Lakeview Hospice invites the public to remember a loved one, or honor someone living, by dedicating a star or a string of lights on the Tree of Remembrance. For a donation of $10 or more a star is dedicated to a loved one; for $75 or more a string of lights is dedicated. All proceeds benefit hospice patients and their families. Donation forms are available at Lakeview Hospital’s front desk, online at www.lakeview.org/lakeview_hospice, and at the Boutwells Landing reception area. Forms must be received by Friday, November 27.
